Losing weight is all about reducing your calories so that your body will burn the excess fat you have built up over time. Snacking excessively can undermine your weight less efforts by adding to your daily calorie count.
We recommend that you have a healthy morning and afternoon snack such as:
- Simple fruits such as an apple, orange or banana.
- Snack style vegetables such as a carrot or a stick of celery.
- A small handful of nuts or seeds
- Low-fat yoghurt and berries
