How long should I be on the Dukes Weight Loss Program?Updated 6 months ago

The Dukes Weight Loss Program is flexible and designed to fit around your lifestyle. Generally, we recommend you set a weight loss goal and follow the program replacing two meals per day until you reach your target weight. 

Once you have reached your goal it's really important not to slip back into bad habits, one of the ways to do that is to replace one meal a day as part of your maintenance program.
