Do I need to exercise as part of the Dukes Weight Loss Program?Updated a year ago
You will still lose weight without exercise when you follow the Dukes Weight Loss Program. However, for general health and wellbeing we strongly advise you taking some form of exercise on a daily basis.
Daily exercise can include anything that gets you moving such as going for a walk, taking the stairs rather than the lift etc. Generally including exercise in our daily routine means we feel better in ourselves, have less hunger pangs and are less likely to lose muscle during weight loss.
