Yes, the Shakes, Soups & Oats are simple to use either at home, at work or anywhere you are out and about.
Just follow the preparation instructions as follows.
Shakes
- Add 350ml to 400ml of water to a shaker then add 2 scoops of powder (50g).
- Shake well before drinking.
Tip: Add cold water for an even thicker and smoother shake!
Soups
- Add 300ml of hot water to a shaker or bowl then add 2 scoops of powder (50g).
- Stir continuously until smooth (2 minutes).
- Allow to stand (2-3 minutes) before consuming.
Caution: Contents and container will be hot, do not add the lid and shake.
Oats
- Pour 2 scoops (50g) into a bowl or shaker then add 150ml of hot water.
- Stir continuously until smooth (2 minutes).
- Allow to stand (2-3 minutes) before consuming.
Tip #1: You can make your oats up in a shaker or a bowl and mix with a fork.
Tip #2: Make the oats up and leave in the fridge for overnight oats.
Caution: Do not put the lid on a shaker and shake - you can burn yourself.
